2015 Mustached Turtle Dash:
Choose from a 5k, 10k, or 15k competitive distance or a family-friendly non-competitive race with reduced prices for children and youth. The run/walk will start next to Peace Learning Center's Eagle Creek Park location. One-of-a-kind prizes will be awarded for the winning runners. This annual fundraising event will feature activities for all ages - including recovery yoga, a Zumba warm-up, turtle races, and many other fun activities to help you find and celebrate peaceful living.
The event name was inspired by Ajahn Cahn, an ascetic monk, who once said, "Looking for peace is like looking for a turtle with a mustache: You won't be able to find it. But when your heart is ready, peace will come looking for you." Peace Learning Center strives to help the people we serve prepare to find peace by teaching them skills

The course is a 5k loop on secondary roads in Eagle Creek Park.
