Description

Beginning in Chipeta Park, embark on your 5k or 10k journey by winding through Old Town Nederland, the epitome of Colorado mountain towns, and out along a fall-colored, wildflower-strewn, paved county road towards the town of Eldora. Immerse yourself in the history and beauty of the area as you return to the town via the out and back race course. This historic race is a family and dog friendly event. Costumes are encouraged.

Course Info

Certified 5k and 10k distances.
Bolder Boulder Qualifier.
USATF sanctioned event.

Road will NOT BE CLOSED during event

Out and back racing will be kept to one side of the road as indicated by white flour and orange cones marking along road.

Course marshals will be along race course helping with safety.

Crossing highway 119 CAN BE DANGEROUS. Course marshals will be available at 8AM to facilitate safe crossing. Please exercise extreme caution as traffic can be hard to see.

There will be a SAG WAGON should finishing the race be more than you bargained for.
