Eight years ago our Walk to Wellness began in an effort to get our patients involved in physical activity and to educate them on options for leading a healthy lifestyle.  The walk has grown into an event that promotes the health benefits of walking and getting active to our patients, staff, families, friends, neighbors and community at large.  This year, we present our 8^th Annual 5K Spring into Health event on Saturday, May 18, at the scenic Glenwood Gardens. We have changed the format for this year to include a brand-new timed 5k Run for Health, an untimed 5k Walk in the Park, and our Spring Into Health Fair. We hope you will consider being a part of our 8^th Annual 5K!

The scenic 5K/3.1 mile trail run will guide participants through Glenwood Gardens,

including wetlands, prairies, meadows and an array of spring flowers!

Water will be available on the course, and healthy snacks will be available at the finish line.

  9:00 am: Health Fair Opens

    9:00 am: Registration Opens

9:45 am: Registration Closes

10:00 am: 5K Run for Health

   10:45 am: 5K Walk in the Park

 11:45 pm: Awards Ceremony

   1:00 pm: Health Fair Closes

$20 Registration before May 4

$25 Registration after May 4

$5 Registration for Patients and Staff of THCC

$10 event t-shirt (FREE with a team of 5 or more!)
