This year, the City of Norton Shores is kicking of its inaugural Arts and Dash 5K as part of the 2013 Arts and Drafts Festival at Ross Park.  The primary focus of this fun run is to encourage participants of all levels to become involved and to promote a healthy and active lifestyle in Muskegon County - all while benefiting the Muskegon Council of Girls on the Run.
