"Heels of Hope" is a 5K dedicated to raising awareness of Human Trafficking in Iowa, the US and around the world.
We encourage participants to don a pair of heels for their walk - but that is not required.
EVERYONE is welcome - even if you need to do your version of the walk 2000 miles away :D
