37th Annual Groundhog Gallop...

• Groundhog Gallop 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

Step by Step is proud to host the 37th annual Groundhog Gallop, as part of the Orthopaedic Rehab Run/Walk Series. This will be a 5K run/walk event held on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Parkside Middle School. Runners can participate as individuals or teams. Proceeds from this event will be used to support Step by Step Mileage Club in our local schools!

A staple in the Jackson community for 20 years, Step by Step Mileage Club is a way to encourage children to become more physically active. Offered to local elementary schools, Step By Step Mileage Club is a voluntary program that offers children incentives for every mile walked/run with the goal of logging 26.2 miles (full marathon distance).

Race participants will receive:

• Light breakfast
• T-shirt
• Drawstring backpack filled with goodies!
