Come join us in an exciting morning of fun and fitness. Chase the crazy carrot with your speed enhancing bunny ears as you run the half marathon or 5k. A Crazy Carrot will lead you on a scenic course through Clemson and the surrounding area. If you find an Easter egg along the way, be sure to pick it up for a surprise at the finish. An Easter egg hunt will also take place on the house lawn at the Botanical Gardens for all who wish to participate.
Course Description:
The course will be a unique race course. To those running the half marathon*; you will receive the full Clemson running experience as the course starts off in the South Carolina Botanical Gardens and includes areas of campus, the community, and the dikes giving you an excellent opportunity to view beautiful Lake Hartwell.
The 5k is a rolling course includes the South Carolina Botanical Gardens and cuts through part of campus.
*The Half Marathon course features mixed terrain and is NOT wheelchair accessible.
