The Sam Robb Memorial 5k is a charity 5k in memory of a student named Sam Robb who graduated from Centennial in 2005 and unfortunately lost his battle against cancer. The money from the race goes to the Cure Childhood Cancer foundation in Sam's name. The race will be held at Newtown Park in Johns Creek, Ga. on february 1st at 8 a.m. All 5k runners/walkers will receive a long sleeve t-shirt and race bag. Food, water, goodies, and music will be provided at the start and finish lines. Gift cards and medals will be given as awards to overall and age group top finishers.
