Description
2014 Bear River Crawl - Northern Michigan Sports Medicine Center:
The 10th annual Bear River Crawl is a 5K Run/Walk and a 10K Run which will continue to donate all proceeds to the Northern Michigan Cancer Crusaders.
We have a an amazing turn out in the past and look forward to seeing new faces.
Our timing system that we switched to 2 years ago has become a major hit and means no more waiting for results.!
Course Info
The new course last year received rave reviews.
The 5K course will take you up one side of the Bear River then cross a footbridge and onto a gravel trail that hugs the river.
The last mile you'll run in the shade while listening to the roar of the rapids on the river.
The 10K course will travel up the Little Traverse Wheelway which showcases the beautiful view of Little Traverse Bay, then back down to the Bear River Trail to finish on the 5 K course.
