Description
The Omaha POW/MIA Memorial 5K 2014 is the first of a soon-to-be annual tradition organized by the Arnold Air cadets of the Earl S Hoag Squadron, and hosted by the AFROTC cadets of UNO Detachment 470 as a whole. This years run will be held at Zorinsky Lake on Sunday, 13 April 2014, and will consist of a 5K race as well as a 1K fun run for the whole family. 10% of registration proceeds will be retained by the AAS Squadron to offset Squadron expenses. All remaining registration proceeds (after deducting possible race-day expenses) and all donations will go directly to the Air Force Association (AFA) Wounded Airman Initiative. Sponsors, Swag, and run-day activities pending. Stay tuned!

Course will be run around the Zorinsky Lake trail.
Directions
144th St to F St. Travel West on F St through 156th St an into the Zorinsky Lake Parking Lots. Sign-in booth will be located at the Zorinsky Lake Shelter #5.
