Description

Everyone needs a hero but cancer patients need superheroes. The Annual Ozarks Medical Center Fun Run is pleased to present the Superhero 5K, 10K and 1.5 mile racing event on April 26, 2014. The 5K and 10K will be electronically timed! The event will kick off at 9 a.m. at the Shaw Medical Building, home to the OMC Cancer Treatment Center. The funds from this event go to help patients who are in need and undergoing cancer treatment at OMC with costs such as medication and transportation to treatments. Participants are encouraged to form teams of five or more and receive a $5 registration discount. This year, the OMC Fun Run will have a superhero theme and participants are encouraged to show off their inner superhero. Individual and team awards will be given for the most spirit.

Directions

The OMC Fun Run will begin at 9 a.m. at the Shaw Medical Building, home of the OMC Cancer Treatment Center. The Shaw Building is located at 1111 Kentucky Avenue, West Plains.
