Description

The XTERRA Freedom Fest is an annual racing event on the Hawaiian island of Oahu in the scenic Kaaawa Valley. All events are held on the Kualoa Ranch property at the Surf Gate which is one mile past the main entrance.

This site features a captivating Koolau Mountain range backdrop that opens into gorgeous valley filled with grassy fields, hilly trails, and even some cows! You will be challenged by the heat, the hills, the rough terrain, and rewarded by the shear beauty of this amazing Hawaiian location.

Kualoa Ranch at the Kaaawa Surf Gate, across from Rainbows surf break.

Drive past the main Kualoa Ranch entrance, heading towards the North Shore for about 1 mile, then turn left into the Surf Gate Entrance (it is a dirt road). Follow the road to the Freedom Fest camp where you will be directed to the parking area.
