Description

All proceeds go to the NCMHOF museum to continue our preservation of North Carolina's great musical heritage.

Registration is now open. Walkers and beginners welcome.

5K Prizes:

Half Note Fun Run:

Fun run will not be timed.

T-Shirts:

Coolmax shirts in mens and womens cut will be guaranteed to those who pre-register for 5K before April 13th, 2014 11:59 pm. Shirts will be available on race day while supplies last.

Course #: NC13052DF Course will be manned with volunteers and Kannapolis Police for your safety and water stations will be available along the course.

Traveling I-85 South: Take Exit 63 (Lane Street/CMC-NE Stadium Exit). Turn Right at top of ramp. Travel three miles towards Downtown Kannapolis. At 3rd stoplight, turn Left onto Main Street. Follow the Jiggy Piggy signs. Welcome to Kannapolis!

Traveling I-85 North: Take Exit 54 (Kannapolis Parkway/George Liles Boulevard). Turn Left at top of ramp. Travel 5.5 miles towards Downtown Kannapolis. At 5th light, turn Right onto Mooresville Road/NC 3. Travel two miles to Dale Earnhardt Boulevard/Loop Road. Stay straight, crossing over Dale Earnhardt towards Cannon Village and NC Research Campus. Follow the Jiggy Piggy signs. Welcome to Kannapolis!

Traveling I-77 South: Take Exit 36 (Mooresville). Turn Left at top of ramp onto NC-150. Turn Right onto NC-3 (Mooresville Road). Follow NC-3 for 12 miles to Dale Earnhardt Boulevard. Follow the Jiggy Piggy signs. Welcome to Kannapolis!

Traveling I-77 North: Take Exit 25 (Huntersville). Turn Right onto NC-73 (Sam Furr Road). Follow NC-73 about 10 miles to Kannapolis Parkway. Turn Left onto Kannapolis Parkway. Follow Parkway NC-3 (Mooresville Road). Turn Right onto NC-3 (Mooresville Road). Stay straight for 3 miles to the intersection at Dale Earnhardt Boulevard. Follow the Jiggy Piggy signs. Welcome to Kannapolis!

Other Info

Rhythm & Run 5K will be in conjunction with Jiggy with the Piggy and the annual Village Fest. Event signs will lead to the downtown area.
