North Carolina Music Hall of Fame presents its 3rd Annual Rhythm & Run 5K in downtown Kannapolis, NC.

Rhythm & Run is a 5K road race that will bring the beat to your feet and music to your ears. This year's event features cash prizes for top finishers, awards, amazing prize drawings, live music, and new for 2014 - a kids fun run!

Registration is now open. Walkers and beginners welcome.

All proceeds go to the NCMHOF museum to continue our preservation of North Carolina's great musical heritage.

Early Registration $20 (until March 3)

Registration $25 (March 4 May 9)

Race Day Registration $30 (May 10)

5K Race Timing:

Disposable bib CHIP TIMING.

5K Course:

USATF certified course.  Course will be manned with volunteers and Kannapolis Police for your safety and water stations will be available along the course.

T-Shirts:

Coolmax shirts in mens and womens cut will be guaranteed to those who pre-register for 5K before April 13th, 2014 11:59 pm. Shirts will be available on race day while supplies last.

5K Age Divisions in 5 year increments (male & female).

5K Awards:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be given to both male and female in each age division.

Overall awards will be given to the top 3 runners both male and female.

1st Place Overall Female Finisher $100

2nd Place Overall Female Finisher $50

3rd Place Overall Female Finisher $25

Half Note Fun Run:

Ages 12 & under

$5 entry fee
