Medium level course, mostly flat.

Course Info
5K is a down and back that begins at ICTC and travels around the campus and then north to Harris Rd then West to Country Club where the turnaround is located.
10K is a down and back that begins at ICTC and travels around the campus and then north to Harris Rd then West to Country Club and then South to North 41st Street East where the turnaround is located near the ICTC campus.
Directions
Located right off the Muskogee Turnpike between the Harris Rd exit and the Shawnee Bypass exit.
