Get ready to lace up your sneakers and join us for this fun, exciting & healthy event!

• Massage Envy Spa of Waldwick our presenting sponsor will offer complimentary chair or table massages to all participants

•  USATF Grand prix sanctioned race (500 points) B tag chip timing by Best Race Systems

•   Top 3 Male/Female winners will receive $100, $75, $50 Visa gift cards

• Break  the course record Male held by Rob Nihan (15:33) & Mollie Pozolo (19:37)   win a $50 Visa gift card

•  Top Male/Female winners from Waldwick will receive watches and names engraved on perpetual plaque in Borough Hall donated by Jim Zumbano from Plaza Jewelers in Waldwick

• Medals as well as New Balance North Jersey gift certificates to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers in $25, $25, $10 all brackets. 5 year age brackets 13-under, 14-19 up to 75-80+

•  Pre Race registration pickup Waldwick Ambulance Corps May 3 between 4-6pm

• Neon Orange tech tee shirts to all paid pre-registered runners and post registered while supplies last. Cotton tee shirts to all pre-registered paid walkers and post registered walkers while supplies. Bag check will be available at registration area.

• Walgreens of Waldwick will supply post race refreshments water, fruit and snacks. Center Court Cafe of Waldwick will offer free gelato samples

• 2 DJs to get you pumped up before and during the race

• Waldwick School of Rock will perform at the finish line (weather permitting)

•  Random prize drawings to registered participants (46 prizes in 2013)

• The Best Swag Bags in New Jersey to the first 475 registered participants

•  The 5K Run will be dedicated in the memory of SSGT Joseph DAugustine with a special award given in his name. Proceeds to benefit two local heart charities The Sean Fischer Foundation and Hope with Heart, Waldwick High School scholarships as well as community and volunteer organizations in Waldwick.
