The Swedish Cancer Institute Half Marathon Run and Walk are the signature events of the Mercer Island Half. If you're not a half marathoner, we also feature these events:

• 10K Run
• 5K Run and Walk, an official Get Your Rear In Gear event
• Kids' Dash, sponsored by Overlake Hospital Medical Center
