Description

LACE UP THOSE RUNNING SHOES FOR THE 1st ANNUAL  

KIDS MARATHON, 2014!  


Children of all abilities are invited to participate in the 1st Annual Kids Marathon presented by Rock Chapel in Granite Falls, NC. This years 1.2 mile, non-competitive fun run benefits missions.  

 Kids are encouraged to complete the first 25 miles with family and friends during the weeks leading up to the race!
 After the Kids Marathon event, kids will have completed a marathon!
Lots of fun for the whole family, door prizes and goodies  

When and Where: May 31, 2014
Recreation Center in  Granite Falls, NC  

Who May Participate: Children, ages 4-14 years (PreK-8), including children with special needs, are invited. 

How to Register: Download registration forms and the 2014 training log at www.rockchapel.org.  All pre-registered participants will receive t-shirt and goody bag.                




 
Course Info

Kids will complete the final 1.2 mile together on a circular, paved track at Granite Recreation Center, Granite Fall, NC
Directions

From Interstate 40 take Exit 123 (321 N) towards Granite Falls, NC.  Turn left at McDonald's which is Pinewood Road.  Recreation center is approximately 1 mile on right.  Look for the Rock Chapel tent.
