The legendary Sasquatch (AKA Big Foot) will be migrating thru the trees of Oak Creek Green Belt Trail on Saturday, May 31st. The chase will begin in the south east corner of the Linn Benton Community College parking lot and will end at Teloh Calapooia Park after your 5k adventure. 

This will be fun for the whole family, and proceeds help Albany teens experience the best week of their lives at Young Life Summer Camp! Please invite your friends and family to cheer you on! A shuttle will be provided between starting line/parking at LBCC and finish line at Teloh Calapooia Park. The park has play equipment and plenty of space to play and enjoy an afternoon together! 

This 5k fun trail run/walk will have photo opps on and off the trail! Sasquatch will be posing for pictures for $5...anything to help her teen friends!

A snack will be provided for all participants at finish line. Additional refreshments will be offered for additional cost.

The Run begins at 9:43 a.m. and Walkers will start 30 minutes later.

REGISTRATION FEE is $20 per person (under 5 free and strollers welcome) through May 25th. After May 25th, registration fee increases to $30 per person. When you check out you can also add an event T-shirt for just $5. Teams with 5 or more participants will receive FREE shirts if registered by May 25th.

PRIZES will be given to the winners of each age bracket and for most creative costume!

Note: Oak Creek Green Belt Trail may still be soggy but as long as it is safe, the run will go on in rain or shine. Notifications of cancelation will be given 24 hours prior to race. Full reimbursements will be made if cancelled.
