• Firefighters Foundation 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

The South Carolina State Firefighters Foundation, in conjunction with North Greenville Fitness and Cardiac Rehab., are putting on the 2nd Annual Firefighters Foundation 5K on June 14, 2014.  This event will be held as part of the South Carolina Fire-Rescue Myrtle Beach Conference. All conference participants are encouraged to register and participate.This is event is also open to the general public.

This is event is also open to the general public.  The 5K will be held at the scenic Myrtle Beach Market Commons, Grand Park Lake area, taking the participants around the scenic and picturesque lake of Grand Park.  The City of Myrtle Beach Fire Department will have fire fighting vehicles on display for viewing during the event.  The event will be held June 14, 2014, at 8am, starting and finishing at the bridge of the lake leading into Grand Park.  The event will be $20, which includes a Firefighters Foundation 5K t-shirt for all participants.  All participants will be timed using chip timing(included in the price).  Our objective is to have this be an annual event for the SC Fire-Rescue Conference.  This is sure to be a fun family event for all!

Entry Fee: 5K- $20 till June 1st.  ($25 after June 1st)

Packet Pickup: Packet Pickup will be at the corner of Farrow Pkwy and Forbus Ct.  Myrtle Beach, SC 29577, in the Shelter Parking Lot.  Friday June 13 from 11am-7pm, and Saturday from 6:30am-7:30am.
