Description

Our fourth annual Kara's Hope Foundation 5K Run/Walk for Scholarships will take place on Saturday May 17, 2014 on the grounds of the beautiful Southaven County Park. Please join us on a brisk run or casual stroll under the canopy of the park's pine-oak forest to enjoy the scenic views of the Carmans River and its magnificent wildlife.

This year some lucky individuals will win some wonderful prizes donated to Kara's Hope Foundation in a special raffle drawing after the 5K. Adult and teen runners will have their names entered twice in the drawing while individual walkers, youth runners, and family walkers will have one chance entered. Additional chances may be purchased for $3 each or two for $5 before the 5K.

Prizes include a $25 Macy's gift card, two $40 Ladakins gift certificates, a $50 Borders gift card, a hammock, and a 51 inch Samsung Flat-Screen TV.
