7:30 am. 5th annual event. Join us for one of the premier half marathons in the region. Half marathon and 4-person relay. ETSU Bluegrass music will be highlighted throughout the course with the grand finish inside the ETSU Thomas Stadium.

Race benefits the Niswonger Children’s Hospital.

Course Info

The course has been adjusted from prior years to remove some of the major hills. We hope this makes this course faster for all of you that are aiming to achieve personal goals.

The route will take you through Mountain Home/Veteran Affairs of Johnson City, by the Niswonger Children's Hospital, through ETSU and the historical Tree Streets with the grand finish inside of ETSU's Thomas Stadium with your finish on the HUGE video screen in center field.
