2015 WCBC Duathlon & 5K Run:

• This is a duathlon (5k run, 20 mile bike, 5k run) and separate individual 5k event benefiting WCBC Missions locally and worldwide.
• This event begins in the parking lot of West Conroe Baptist Church (WCBC) and takes place on the back roads near Conroe through rolling hills, a few challenging hills and with some fast, flat roads as well.
• The duathlon will begin at 7:30am and the individual 5K will take begin at 7:45am.
• This will not be a chip timed race.
• A time clock will be up and awards will be given for the top finishers for male and female participants for each race division.)
• Snacks will be on hand before and during race with water stations available g the routes.
• Delicious snack meal will be available for you to refuel after the race at no extra charge!!
• Registration is open now and may be done on the active.com website , or you may come into the church office to pick up a registration form.

• Each participant will be guaranteed a race shirt, draw-string goodie bag and a finisher award if registered by March 28th.
• Registration is available the day of event opening from 6-7am, as well, but no shirt is guaranteed for late registrants.
• Race will take place rain or shine.
