Description

2014 Front Porches Half Marathon:

• The Inaugural Front Porches Half Marathon will take place in Rockingham, Vermont on October 4, 2014.
• The race route will showcase scenic river views and historic front porches.
•  Runners will begin and end at the Waypoint Center in the Village of Bellows Falls.
• There will be an awards ceremony at the Finish, along with food, beverages, and live local music.
• Proceeds from this event will be used to benefit local drug prevention efforts, with priority for those programs designed to target juvenile health and wellness education, raising awareness of the risks of drug use.

Course Info

• The course will run from the Waypoint Center in the village of Bellows Falls, out to the village of Saxtons River, through the Vermont Academy campus and then return to the village of Bellows Falls.
