Please join us for the 3rd annual Flat Rock Brook Run In The Wild 5K.

Proceeds benefit Flat Rock Brook Nature Center, a non-profit preserve and environmental education center. Registration fees are considered donations and are not refundable.

Exclusions: Due to insurance and safety requirements, dogs, bicycles, skateboards, baby strollers, baby joggers, roller skates and roller blades are prohibited on trails.

5K trail run on rugged terrain at 150-acre nature preserve, featuring wetlands, meadows, pond and stream.

Directions

443 Van Nostrand Ave in Englewood, NJ is right off of Rt 4 in Bergen County. Less than 10 minutes from GWB
