RACE DETAILS $25 per runner/walker, pre-registered. $30 on race day. 7:00-8:30am Packet pickup and same day registration 8:30-8:45am Welcome speeches and pre-race instructions 9:00am Race begins 10:30am Awards presented. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place to: Overall male and female, age groups in 10-yr. increments Course is along the Palisades cliffs, out and back. Course closed to motor vehicles. Two water station set-ups. Tech Tee shirts given to first 200 registrants • Race goody bags • Professional chip-timed course Parking available at Ross Dock Recreation Area until 8:15am. Access road to parking will be closed at 8:30am. For security reasons, please no unattended bags

Tree lined course with one climb at start. Run with the George Washington Bridge in the back ground.
