2014 Lady of the Mountain Half Marathon, 10K & 5K:

• First National Bank-Alamogordo, in conjunction with the City of Alamogordo, is proud to announce that the first annual Lady of the Mountain Half Marathon, HM Relay, 10K, 5K Fun Run/Walk and NMSU-A Social Sciences Club 1 Mile Fun Run will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2014 in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

Course Info

• The run departs Griggs Sports Complex and heads East to Scenic Drive. Scenic Drive is a hilly terrain that offers expansive views of White Sands National Monument and the beautiful Sacramento Mountains. Chiseled into the canyons and ridges of the Sacramento Mountains is the iconic image of the Lady of the Mountain.
• The half marathon travels to the end of Alamo Canyon Rd. then loops back to Griggs, looping through Desert Foothills Park.
• A challenging, but beautiful run. Proceeds from the Lady of the Mountain will benefit local college students on a needs-basis.
