Great Santa 5K Run/Walk

• Great Santa 5K Race:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Altus Track Booster Club would like to invite everyone to the 1^st Annual Great Santa 5K Fun Run/Walk.  This will be a great run/walk for adults and kids.  You’ll enjoy the atmosphere as Christmas music plays while you run. There will be 3 special water stations plus a Pinch the Grinch contest, in which if you catch the Grinch you get a prize. For kids under age 10 there will be a Santa Chase ½ Mile run where they will run after Santa and get a prize after the race for running with him. We encourage all participants to run in a Christmas-themed costume.  So come on out and support a great program and get in the Christmas Spirit.

There will be three (3) special stations on the course.  All special stations will have Christmas music playing to keep you in the Holiday Spirit.

Station #1:  Christmas Cookie Station.  Stop here and grab a cookie to help you along the way.

Station #2:  Mistletoe/Kissing Station.  Kiss that special person next to you or enjoy a Hershey's kiss under the Mistletoe Truss.

Station #3:Hot Chocolate Station.  A chance to warm up before finishing the route.  Stop here for a warm hot chocolate.

Pinch the Grinch:

Be sure and try to beat the Grinch for a prize that's more fun than a Who-pudding!

Santa Chase: For ages 10 and below, a ½ mile fun run to get Santa

Step #1: Get your costume (we'll help - participants get a red long-sleeved event t-shirt or red event t-shirt and Santa hat)
