Come out for our first annual "Over the River and Through the Woods" 5k Snowshoe Race/trek located in The UP Land Conservancy's beautiful Vielmetti-Peters Preserve. The trail will be packed but not groomed and will be a fun event for all ability levels. After the race come join us for a free dinner at The Ore Dock while we give out awards.

3.1-mile scenic trail through UPLC's Vielmetti-Peters Preserve. Several challenging hills thoughout the course
Directions
The starting line is at 600 Brickyard Rd. Marquette, MI 49855. Parking will be at the Lowes parking lot which is about a half mile away. You are welcome to ride one of our free shuttles, or walk the half mile to the starting line.
Other Info
Packet pickup: Friday from 4-8 p.m. at Lowe's in Marquette, or Sunday (Race/Trek Day) from Noon to 1:45 at the race/trek site.
Pricing: Cost is $30 (Children 12 and under with a participating adult $10) and includes a long-sleeve t-shirt if registered on or before March 2, 2015. Registration will be open until March 12 online and in person on Race/Trek day.
Awards: Awards will be given out at the after-party at the Ore Dock Brewing Company about 4 p.m.
Free Chili Dinner for registered participants at The Ore Dock Brewing Company. Donations will be accepted from other friends and family who join you for dinner.
