Join us for the 11th annual Park2Park 1/2
marathon & 5K in Holland, Michigan.
Enjoy scenic fall views of Lake Macatawa and a flat, fast course at both
running lengths. The 1/2 marathon
includes a loop at the Holland State Park for a view of Big Red. Delight in earning your meatballs at the finish! Both events raise funds for Neighbors Plus, a
local Christian Community Development organization.
The 1/2 Marathon course starts and ends at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds, going west along the shores of Lake Macatawa to the Holland State Park then north on Lakeshore Drive to Tunnel Park and back. It is not a closed course. Maps available at www.park2parkrace.com . There are six aid stations with water & energy drink; one port-a-jon, two DNR outhouses and two bathrooms with running water on the course! Course closes at 11:30 a.m. Runners must average a 16 minute per mile pace or less to participate.
The Ottawa County Fairgrounds are located on the north side of Holland, 1286 Ottawa Beach Road, just west of 152nd Avenue. From the north or south, take US 31 to Holland, exit Lakewood Blvd and travel west. Make sure to veer left at the railroad tracks! Communities to the east, take I-196 to Holland, exit 55, the westbound business loop. At US 31, go north and follow N/S directions.
