2015 Autism Challenge 5K Run/Walk:

April is National Autism Awareness month. To bring awareness, support families, and raise money for the Aroostook Autism Support Group, several events are planned throughout the month, including the Autism Challenge. From a presentation open to the public, to a benefit dinner with an auction, to a benefit 5K run and walk, there is something for everyone in our community to show support. The Autism Challenge, is a collaboration between CompetitorME, and TAMC.

The Autism Challenge will be held on Saturday, April 18th, at the Presque Isle Middle School Track. Registration will begin at 9:00 am inside the gymnasium.  The 1 Mile Kids Fun Run will begin at 9:30 am on the outdoor track.  The 5K run and walk will begin at 10:00 am in front of the middle school and will be a fully supported running race with awards. Kids Fun Run entry is FREE; 5K Run and Walk entry is $20 per person, with children 18 years and younger only $10. All proceeds from the Autism Challenge benefit the Aroostook Autism Support Group.
