2015 Heart & Sole 5K Run/Walk:

• The tenth Annual Heart & Sole 5K race is sure to be a great time for serious and recreational runners alike!
• The event also features a 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk for those of you who would like to introduce your little ones to the benefits of running!
• Beginning and ending at Goodyear Ballpark, the Heart & Sole 5K is a GREAT way to kick off National Heart Health Month.
• Vendors will be on hand to help educate and show runners & walkers the best way to take care of themselves from head to toe. SuperFit Fitness will also be on hand to get everyone's blood pumping for the race with a pre-game warm-up!
