Challange youself to your first duathalon, or end your race season supporting the arts! Lakeside Legacy Arts Park in Crystal Lake Illinois is the premier location to showcase art of all types. It's located in the historic Dole Mansion at 401 Country Club Rd in Crystal Lake. For those of you who know this beautiful landmark you know of it's magnificant beauty. And for new comers, your always welcome to check out the many events organized by the wonderful team at LLAP. This race is fun but challanging. We pride ourselfes in well marked safe courses, plenty of snacks for the racers & a grand award ceremony. Join us on October 4th, 2015!

This is the 7th annual Run and Roll for the Dole duathalon. The 2 mile run leads you through a beautiful residential area and bike path. The bike transition is a secure area and bike course leads thourgh residential streets to rural roads with course marshalls and police officers for safety. The second 2 mile run heads down the same course in the opposite direction. With start/finish directly in front of the beautiful Dole Mansion!
