2015 Timp Triathlon & 5K ~ Results

• Timp Triathlon:- Run 3.1 Miles, Bike 12 Miles, Swim 350 M (in that order)
• Timp 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Timp Tri is a Splash distance triathlon which includes a 5k Run, 12 Mile Bike, and 350 Meter Swim in that order.

Run
The 5K run is a single loop run with one uphill section on 800 West.

Bike
The bike course is a three loop set up. This is a short course but challenging full lane road closure on Center Street.  

Swim
The swim course is the last of the three disciplines and is indoor at the Orem Fitness Center. This is a 350 meter swim in a 50 meter pool. Participants will enter one end and finish at the other end. It is a snake style swim meaning the you swim 50 and snake under the line and swim the next 50 in the opposite direction. All swimmers will be traveling the same direction in their respective lanes. Water temps are around 80 degrees.
