-Beach and road race
-All ages and abilities welcome
-All proceeds go towards the BHI Conservancy's Sea Turtle Protection Program
-Get exercise and see the natural beauty of Bald Head Island
-Races most Holiday weekends and every Wednesday between Memorial Day and Labor Day
-If you aren't staying on the island, look into our early registration package which includes a ferry ticket and rides to and from the race
-No cars on the island!
-Please take the 8am ferry from Deep Point Marina in Southport NC

Beach and road race!
Not an easy race, but sea turtles don't have an easy time either!
Drinking water at multiple race points

Directions

Please register before 5pm the day before the race.
Arrive at Deep Point Marina in Southport, NC at 7:45am
Get tickets from BHI Conservancy staff member
Take 8am ferry to Bald Head Island
Ferry is a 20 minute ride
Take free tram from Ferry to BHI Conservancy
Race begins at 9:30am
After race stay on the island for the day or call free tram to pick you up and take you back to the BHI Marina to depart back to reality (the main land)
