This training is fitness focused and supporting people of all abilities, with a goal of completing a 5K or 10K at the end of the session. We encourage all ages to sign up for this fun and energetic program! Formal training will be on Saturday mornings (9am) and Monday evenings (6pm) beginning March 14 for eight weeks. Requires a minimum of 5 registered participants.
Cost includes registration in applicable event on May 9.
