TriUtah Woman of Steel Triathlon, Duathlon & 5K ~ Results

• Woman of Steel Triathlon:- Swim 300 Meters, Bike 12 Miles, Run 3 Miles
• Woman of Steel 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• Woman of Steel Duathlon:- Run 2 Miles, Bike 12 Miles, Run 2 Miles

2015 TriUtah Woman of Steel Triathlon & 5K:

• The Woman of Steel Triathlon and 5K is also Utahs first and most popular all-womens triathlon and 5K run.
• Dont miss this one of a kind sprint pool triathlon at the American Fork Fitness Center in American Fork, Utah.
• Awards are presented to overall finishers as well as the top 3 in each age group, but thats not all.
• New for 2015 is the Duathlon which consists of a 2 mile run, 12 mile bike, and 2 mile run.

Swim: 300 meters

• Every 12 seconds two participants will enter the water in the outside lanes.
• The participants will then complete one lap (2 lengths of the pool) in the first lane, and then continue in the next adjacent lane, for a total of 6 lengths (300 meters) and finish in the center of the pool. 
  
  Bike: 12.4 miles
• The bike course will consist of a two-loop course utilizing road shoulders and will be open to vehicle traffic.
• After you complete the first loop of the bike course, you will continue to do a second loop of the same course. Participants will NOT be allowed to ride two or three abreast and may be disqualified by USA Triathlon officials for doing so.
  
  Run: 3 miles
• The run course will consist of a single 3-mile loop course utilizing paved city streets or sidewalks.
