Central Counties Health Centers (CCHC) will hold its 4th Annual 5K Run/Walk and fundraiser on Saturday, April 18, 2015. This timed event will raise money to help fund patient services, as well as new patient/community education programs to be offered at CCHC’s newly expanded facility.
