Description
The Westchester Shamrock 5K and Kids 1K Fun Run will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2015 in and around Westchester Commons Shopping Center, which are conveniently located off Route 288 and Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield County. The inaugural race took place in 2012 and yielded more than 1,200 participants and the momentum continued in 2013 and 2014. Free admission to the festivities encourages spectators to stroll the streets enjoying food, kids’ activities, music, and entertainment. The Bon Secours St. Francis Watkins Centre Health & Fitness Zone provides helpful tips and information, giveaways, samples and more! Come join the FUN!!
Course Info
The race course starts and ends in Westchester Commons shopping center located in Midlothian, Virginia. The course is certified and the race will be timed by Race DC, LLC.
Directions
The event is located at Westchester Commons shopping center in Midlothian, Virginia at the corner of Rt. 288 and Midlothian Turnpike (Rt. 60). If you are entering the shopping center from Midlothian Turnpike, go to the first round-about and bear right. Follow the signs and our parking attendants will direct you to convenient parking with easy access to Main Street. The participant and spectator parking are located in the area between McAlister’s Deli and Plaza Azteca.
