• ROTC Lions 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

2nd Annual ROTC Lions 5K sponsored by the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith ROTC program. This year the course is measured, certified, and professionally timed to ensure fairness and accuracy. The fastest male and female racer will be crowned, and prizes for fastest runners in each age bracket will be awarded. Come out for this great event!

FAQs

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Keeping in mind the safety of our athletes and volunteers, please do not bring dogs, strollers, or bicycles as they will not be allowed on the course.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No.  All participants must run under their number.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund registration fees.  However, if you unable to run, your registration fee becomes a donation and you will receive a letter recognizing your donation for tax purposes.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No.  All participants must run under their number.

Can I sign up on the day of the race?

Yes, we will take registrations on the day of the race at the general admission price of $25.

Will the race still happen if there is inclement weather?

We will make every effort to hold the race, keeping in mind the safety of our athletes and volunteers.  In the event of inclement weather, start time may be delayed in order to hold the 5k.

Will this event be USATF Certified and chip timed?

Yes, this event will be USATF Certified and chip timed for accuracy.
