The Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club presents the 26th annual Frederick Women’s Distance Festival, one of ten all-women races in the 2015 Maryland WDF series.  Our race, fully contained on the campus of Frederick Community College, offers something for girls and women of all ages and abilities.

Events include:

• 7:30 am: Little Women 1k Fun Run for girls, infants through age 13.  Strollers are permitted,  and registered participants are welcome to run/walk with their favorite adult(s).  (No registration required for adult companions). This event is not timed.
• 8:00 am: 5k Run/Walk.  Participants may compete as individuals and optionally on a team
