CORPORATE CHALLENGE TRAINING PROGRAM
Coached training program to prepare you and your co-workers to run or walk the 2015 Corporate Challenge on Tuesday, May 26th

Program Requirements: No experience necessary. Your Company must be registered and participating in the 2015 Corporate Challenge. This training program is Corporate Challenge specific.

Choose from two training programs:

Walking Only Training Program
Ideal for those who have no desire to run but still want to be active and fit. The program is strictly walking and is perfect for the beginner exerciser up to the advanced walker who can walk 3 miles.

Learn to Run Training Program
A beginner 5K program designed to guide you safely and effectively into running. Perfect for people who don’t currently run at all, have a hard time starting with a running program or are unsure what to do to prepare for a 5K. This program starts off walking and slowly builds into running, preparing you for the 3.5 mile race.

Both Training Programs include:

• Kick off Saturday, March 28th 2015 @ The Armory at 9:30am. There will be a 30 minute walk followed by group stretching and an orientation. 
• Saturday Coached workouts at 9:30am @ The Armory 
• Online training tool: Workoutlog for independent training, to track progress, communicate with coaches, and see daily planned workouts
• 9 week detailed daily training plan
• You will never be last!
• Supportive and encouraging coaches
• Online private Facebook group
• New fitness friends and amazing camaraderie 
• Clinics on form and injury prevention
• Tips and informational emails relevant to our training

Program Fee/Registration: Program Fee is $75.00 (does not include Corporate Challenge race registration fee)
