Albany YMCA’s Mother's day Weekend 5k Run/3k walk and Kids Run. The Albany Branch of the Capital District YMCA, together with the City of Albany, will kick off the Y’s 2015 Healthy Community Series, Saturday May 09, 2015. Registration for this anticipated run begins at 8am. The run/walk is set to start at 9am with the kid’s fun run beginning at 8:30am. Both the start and finish line will be at Albany Riverfront Park at Corning Preserve and then continue onto the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Trail. This chip timed race is great for both novice and elite runners .Get ready to spend a fun and healthy day with Mom at The Albany Riverfront Park at Albany’s Corning Preserve. Our 2015 event will be better than ever with and enhanced focus on making the day enjoyable for Mom.
