The 9th Annual Sid Jacobson 5 Kilometer Run / Walk will be held on Sunday June 7th 2015 at 9:300 AM at the Sid Jacobson Center in East Hills, New York

Check In:

Numbers and shirts may be picked up on June 7th, the morning of the race from 7:30–9:00am at Sid Jacobson JCC in East Hills. ABSOLUTELY NO NUMBERPICK-UP AFTER 9:00am!

Start:

5K Run/Walk–9:30am (RAIN OR SHINE)

Children’s Fun Run—9:00am (RAIN OR SHINE)

Children’s Fun Run (FREE):

• ¼ mile for kids 10 and under

• Awards to all

Race Timing: Start to Finish Corp

This will be a MYLAPS BibTag event timed by Start To Finish Corp 

Course:

• USATF Certified course

• 3.1 miles professionally timed by Start to Finish

• Challenging course with rolling hills, yet

manageable for all levels

• Water stops and mile markers

• Police controlled route

Awards:

• Overall male and female winners

• First three male and first three female age-group

finishers: 14 and under, 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69,

70–74, 75 and over

• First male and female special needs finishers

Directions to Sid Jacobson JCC :

Long Island Expressway to Exit 39N, Glen Cove Rd North. Turn north onto Glen Cove Rd. Proceed approximately 2 miles to Northern Blvd./Route 25A Turn left onto Northern Blvd. At the second traffic light turn left onto Forest Drive (East Hills Chrysler- Plymouth on corner) and bear left around the bend to the JCC.
