The Lake Michigan Half Marathon will start just west of the YMCA,
on Franklin Street in front of Fricano Place at 7:15 am. 

Course

The USATF Certified Half Marathon route starts near the Muskegon YMCA, up Cole's hill to follow Lakeshore toward Lake Michigan.  Once at Pere Marquette, runners loop through Harbor Towne and along the channel, past the USS Silversides. Continuing back along Beach Street to Sherman, runners will pass the Muskegon Country Club golf course, then wind through neighborhoods to catch the Lakeshore Recreational Trail, finishing back near the YMCA.  Click here for a course map.

For the safety of all Half Marathon participants, baby joggers, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards and animals are not allowed on the course.
