Black River Run will be a part of the WIlliamsburg County Tourism Board's Heritage and Horses Festival. The race proceeds will go towards sending the Junior Leadership of Williamsburg participants to Washington, D.C. for a Leadership Tour of our capital follwing completion of the six-month leadership program.
