2015 Riverside Dash 5K & 15K:

The EA SPORTS Riverside Dash is a premier footrace destination for serious runners and those who simply enjoy distance running.

Featuring a series of races, the EA SPORTS Riverside Dash is a place where personal records are set on the flat, fast course through beautiful scenery.

Course Info

15K Run:
The Chase 15k starts at Mangoustine Road and winds west along the Lake Monroe shoreline to the Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens. This stretch of road winds through a picturesque Florida wetland and can only be run during the EA SPORTS Riverside Dash.
After a brief entrance to the zoo, the course returns to downtown Sanford, running by the marina and through the downtown shopping district, ending back on Mangoustine Road for the Central Florida Regional Hospital Post-Race Celebration.


5K Run:
The 5k starts at Mangoustine Road and heads toward historic Sanford. Runners pass by the Sanford Marina, the Seminole County Administration building and through the historic downtown Sanford, before returning to Mangoustine Road for the Central Florida Regional Hospital Post-Race Celebration.
