2015 Decorah Rotary Club Loop de Loop Half-Marathon:
The Decorah Rotary Club is pleased to announce the opening of registration for the 4th Annual Loop de Loop Half-Marathon and 5K-10K Run-Walk, taking place this year on Saturday, September 26th, 2015. The event will be held again on the spectacular Trout Run Trail in Decorah, IA. There is a run or walk distance tailored to all abilities and preferences: the 5K, the 10K, or consider making the Half-Marathon an achievable challenge and your 2015 running goal.
Course Info
The course for the half-marathon and 5K and 10K will start just off Claiborne Drive near the Decorah High School baseball field. The half marathon will then proceed to the Trout Run Trail which is a closed loop path winding its way through the countryside on the outskirts of Decorah. The 5K and 10K will follow a flat course near the Upper Iowa River. Both races will finish at the start line. Please see link for maps and elevations. www.decorahrotary.org
