Run for Type 1

• Run for Type 1 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

The 1st annual "Run for Type 1" race held by the Eli Kennedy Foundation is a 5k with all proceeds benefiting Juvenile Diabetes Research. This is a walk/run race that will be held in Hardinsburg, KY beginning and ending at the Communicare Building. Registration begins at 7:00 CST and race begins at 8:00. Medals will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age category. T-shirts will be given to anyone who pre registers prior to June 8th. After this, shirts are not guaranteed. Please join us in raising awareness and turning Type 1 into Type "None".

The course will begin and end at the Communicare parking lot in Hardinsburg KY. Participants will follow fairgrounds road to the middle school, between middle school and highschool, and back to the Communicare parking lot.
