Frosty 5K & Merry Mile

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

Every winter, MCAAA Community Action Agencies in the of State of Michigan come together with volunteers and the community to raise money for Walk for Warmth - an important fundraiser which assists local low income seniors and families in paying for their heating costs during the cold winter months. As an agency, we are committed to ensuring that no one in our community goes without heat this winter!

The money raised from the Frosty 5K and Merry Mile stays in our community and is used to manage heating emergencies such as fuel delivery or to prevent natural gas and/or electric shut offs.

The Frosty 5K and Merry Mile is both a competitive and non-competitive event. There is a 5K run/walk as well as a fun 1 mile course! The event is chip timed by Superior Timing.

Participants registered by January 22nd will receive a long sleeved t-shirt. (Participants registered after this date are not guaranteed a t-shirt.)
